Chester County man arrested for taking photos of people changing clothes, in bathroom without permission: SLED

CHESTER, S.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A Chester County man was arrested last week after detectives discovered he allegedly was taking photos of someone.

According to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, 28-year-old Zachary Lee Glenn was charged with two counts of voyeurism from 2022. The incidents occurred in June and September 2022, when an arrest warrant states that Glenn photographed and produced at least 14 combined digital images of the victim without permission.

The images were allegedly found on Glenn’s cellphone following search warrants. From the June charge, officials say there were images of a victim believed to be changing clothes, unknown females taken in a private bathroom setting, plus multiple images of pornography.

The second charge found images of a victim in bed with the lights on and the lights off, photographed without their knowledge.

Glenn was booked Jan. 25 at the Chester County Detention Center under $12,000 bond. The case will be prosecuted by the 6th Circuit Solicitor’s Office. The SLED prosecuting officer is Allison Fitzgerald.

Glenn has several prior arrests, including for harassment, violating a restraining order and unlawful communication.
