Chet Holmgren ranked No. 8 among power forwards with the most trade value

The HoopsHype staff ranked the 20 power forwards with the most trade value in the NBA, and Oklahoma City Thunder rookie Chet Holmgren came in at No. 8.

The list takes into account the player’s talent, stats, contract, age and agent. This is not necessarily ranking the best 20 small forwards in the NBA due to these other factors in play.

Holmgren’s youth, potential and rookie contract all helped boost him into the top eight without playing a single NBA minute yet. Fellow top-two pick Paolo Banchero came in at No. 6.

“Holmgren’s value should remain high over the next few seasons despite any skepticism on his body and length.”

Holmgren joins Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Josh Giddey and Lu Dort as the Thunder players ranked in the top 100 players with the highest trade value.
