Chicago-area shoppers wake early for Black Friday deals
STORY: Shopper Maggie Perasho told Reuters that she hasn't been Black Friday shopping in years but wanted to check out this year's deals. She said, "We were just like, 'why don't we just go and see what kind of deals they might have on different things and if we can get this game specifically, great, but we're also just going to see what we can do.'"
An estimated 166.3 million people are planning to shop from Thanksgiving Day through Cyber Monday this year, according to the National Retail Federation, nearly 8 million more than last year.
