The over/under for the game is set at 221.5 points.

Sportsbook Wire: Suns 115, Raptors 111

It writes: "This game is nearly a pick’em with a 1.5-point spread. You get slightly better pricing to bet the Suns on the moneyline. Phoenix has just two 1-point losses this season, so if it loses it still won’t likely cover."

Clutch Points: Take the Raptors to cover vs. Suns

Aidan Cotter writes: "Pay attention to the status of Toronto guard Fred VanVleet, but regardless of whether he plays or not I like the Raptors to bounce back against a Phoenix team free-falling down the standings."

Draft Kings: Go with the over in Suns vs. Raptors game

Teddy Ricketson writes: Despite the injuries mounting up for both teams, they have still found ways to score points. Each team relies on their big men down low to provide the foundation for their offense to flow. Look for Siakam and Deandre Ayton to play pivotal roles in this game. Neither of these teams is doing a good job of limiting their opponents on the scoreboard, so with a lower point total, I’m taking the over.

Stat Salt: Raptors will cover against Suns

Jason Raffoul writes: The Raptors are struggling at home entering this contest against the Suns, which is surprising considering how well they have played at Scotiabank Arena over the last three seasons. Entering play Thursday, they have lost four straight home games and are struggling with their shot in a big way. The shots not falling affect their work on the defensive end, as Nick Nurse noted after the loss to the Clippers. Although Fred VanVleet is hampered by a sore back, he should be ready to go here in a big bounce-back game for Toronto. They made only one three in the second half against the Clippers. They are a much better home team than what they have shown, and I anticipate a big shooting effort from Toronto.

Winners and Whiners: Go with the Raptors to cover vs. Suns

Adam Rauzino writes: "The Phoenix Suns are struggling to win games as of late and have dropped six out of their last eight games on the road. Unfortunately, they continue to play without scoring leader Devin Booker and Cameron Johnson (15 PPG) remains questionable. It’s been a busy road schedule for the Suns as this marks their second game in three nights on the road. Furthermore, the Suns are giving up a barrage of points. They have squandered an average of 120 points in their last five games including 127 against the Wizards in Wednesday’s blowout loss. The Raptors are playing better recently, beating the Knicks and a strong Cavs team within their last four games."

Picks and Parlays: Raptors 110, Suns 108

It writes: "Phoenix G Devin Booker has been shut down with a left groin strain and will be re-evaluated in four weeks. The Suns play at the fourth slowest tempo and are missing their top scorer. Look for the Raptors to win a game that stays under the total."
