Chicago Enters Phase 1C For COVID Vaccine

The announcement was made at the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 399 at 2260 S. Grove St. in Chicago, which will serve as a vaccination site dedicated to union essential workers.

BRAD EDWARDS: In Chicago, if you're in group 1C, you're now eligible to get the vaccine. This means all essential workers and anyone 16 and older with an underlying condition. Chicago union members have a new place to get their shots. City opened a new vaccination site at Operating Engineers Local 399, that's in the South Loop. Card carrying union members or retirees can get their doses there.
