Chicago updates COVID travel quarantine order with Ind., WI added to yellow tier

Chicago announced an update to the city's COVID-19 travel order Tuesday with Indiana and Wisconsin joining a number of states in moving to the yellow tier.

- This is new at 11 o'clock. Chicago has just updated its emergency travel order. Alaska, North Dakota, and Puerto Rico have joined Hawaii in the yellow tier. That means people can travel there without a COVID test or quarantine upon return. The other 46 states remain on the orange list, meaning a 10 day quarantine or pre-arrival negative test is required.
