Chicken dinner scheduled at Emden St. Peter's Church

Women of the Word at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 120 Market St., Emden will host a chicken supper from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Monday, June 27 at the church. Cost is by donation. The menu is fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, noodles, green beans, salads, roll, pie and drink. Carry out will be available. Proceeds of the event will be used for various projects planned by St. Peter’s Women of the Word.
