The Chicks to play Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on 2023 tour
The Chicks will return to the "Wide Open Spaces" of Nashville's Bridgestone Arena this summer.
The award-winning country trio — formerly known as The Dixie Chicks — announced a 2023 world tour on Tuesday, which includes a stop at the arena on July 27.
Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Thursday, February 16 via Ticketmaster.
It will be The Chicks' first concert in Nashville since 2016, though they did appear at last year's Bonnaroo festival in Manchester, Tenn.

In 2020, Natalie Maines, Emily Strayer and Martie Maguire dropped the "Dixie" from their band name and released their first album in 14 years: the Jack Antonoff-produced "Gaslighter."
They'll be joined in Nashville by Canadian indie-pop trio Wild Rivers, who split the opening dates in the U.S. with rocker Ben Harper. Maren Morris will open the tour on its Canadian and European legs.
