Chiefs players weren’t only ones to receive Super Bowl rings. Meet some of the others
Listeners of the SportsBeat KC podcast learned something amazing Tuesday.
Chiefs CEO and chairman Clark Hunt told the Star’s Blair Kerkhoff the team gave out an estimated 700 rings or pendants during last week’s Super Bowl LVII championship celebration at Union Station.
Yes, 700.
The top of the ring can be removed and used as a pendant, so the Chiefs apparently gave some of those out instead of the full ring.
Those 700 people to receive Super Bowl jewelry included more than the player and coaches. Many of those Chiefs employees shared photos of their rings on their social media channels.
Here are some of those folks, and their pictures.
Erron Holley, the Chiefs’ Event Services Coordinator, shared this.
Evan Craft, assistant athletic trainer, tweeted these photos from Union Station.
