Our ideal Friday night involves going to Chili’s and ordering the Skillet Queso and cocktails. Hey, it’s the simple things in life. But since going out to restaurants isn’t ideal right now, we’re thankful that more spots are allowing customers to take alcohol to go. Chili’s is taking it one step closer by offering a gallon of ready-to-drink margarita to-go in honor of its 46th birthday.

The Gallon Mar-Go-Rita will allow you to party like you’re… at a Chili’s. The giant bag, complete with a handle, is filled with house-made classic rocks margarita, so all you have to do is fill your glass with ice and pour it out of the gallon. There are about sixteen 8-ounce cups in each, so that’s plenty to get the party started and keep going.

As a gift to all of us, Chili’s has added the gallon margaritas to-go … permanently! On March 13, 2021, which is Chili’s birthday, they’ll be available for $30. On every other day, however, they’ll be $40.

“While we continue to put the safety of our Guests and Team Members first — practicing social distancing, wearing face masks, using enhanced cleaning procedures and limiting capacity in our dining rooms — we’ve also made it easy for our Guests to order online and pick up these margarita specials to-go,” Michael Breed, vice president of marketing at Chili’s, said in a press release.

If you don’t see yourself drinking that many margarita drinks, you can opt for Chili’s one-day offer where you’ll get Presidente Margaritas for $3.13 on March 13. The cocktail is made with Sauza Conmemorativo Tequila, Patrón Citrónge, and E&J Brandy and hand-shaken 25 times. You can get it in classic, mango, or strawberry flavors. Plus, you’ll get a commemorative birthday party hat while supplies last, because what’s a party without a favor? This deal is available in restaurants, and some locations offer alcoholic beverages to go.

Who knew that #ChilisBirthday would end up being one of our favorite days of the year?
