DETAILED FORECAST:
OVERNIGHT: Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Robert Gauthreaux says we will see increasing clouds, some rain possible especially as we approach the morning.
MONDAY (STORM TRACKING ALERT): Rounds of showers and storms for Monday.
Gusty winds expected all day into Monday night with some gusts near 40 to 50 mph possible.
Also, storms between noon at 6pm have the potential of becoming severe. Isolated damaging winds are possible along with heavy rain.
An isolated spin-up cannot be ruled out. Some power outages are likely, too. Highs for the day reach the mid to low 60s.
TUESDAY: Decreasing clouds with diminishing winds on Tuesday. A bit cooler, but still above average with highs in the mid 50s.
WEDNESDAY: Partly sunny and warmer for Wednesday with highs pushing close to 70 degrees. Chance of a passing shower by the end of the day, especially south and east.
THURSDAY: Partly sunny and cooler with highs in the lower 50s. Rain is likely to arrive at night.
FRIDAY: Rain and show showers likely, as well as windy. Will be watching the strength of this system over the next few days. Highs in the lower 40s.
SATURDAY: Sun and clouds as well as cool, with highs in the lower to middle 40s.
SUNDAY: A chilly start, then milder and mostly sunny with highs in the upper 40s.
