Chipotle Is Giving Away Thousands Of Free Burritos—Here's How To Get Yours

IDK about any of you, but I'm always down to finesse as much free food as possible. Chain restaurants offer rewards programs to give you exactly that, but sometimes special promotions give fans the chance to win free food in other ways. For Chipotle, a special promo that is taking place during the NBA finals is giving away millions of dollars worth of free burritos.

To try and score some free food, you'll have to pay close attention to the commercial breaks. Chipotle will be airing special broadcast TV commercials and each will have a hidden keyword at the end. When you see the hidden code word you have to text it to 888-222 at quickly as possible because only a limited number of free burritos are available during each game.

For the record, during Game Two (which is tonight!) 10,000 free burritos will be given out, following 20,000 during game three, 30,000 during game four, 40,000 during game five, 10,000 during game six, and 10,000 during game seven. If games five-through-seven aren't played, there won't be any giveaways.

You can see a full breakdown of the game schedule (AKA the days you can try and win free Chipotle) on the Chipotle website. Once you're briefed on how exactly to win, you can start day dreaming about the fillings you'll get in your free burrito. I'm going with chicken, black beans, corn, guac, and lettuce...but you do you, of course. P.S. You can also get a free Doritos Locos Tacos from Taco Bell depending on the NBA game scores, so keep your eyes peeled for that deal too.
