‘Chippin’ in the USA:’ Dayton humane society offering free microchipping ahead of July 4th

The Humane Society of Greater Dayton is offering free microchipping services ahead of Fourth of July festivities.

The service will take place Wednesday through Friday from 1-6 p.m. at the humane society on Nicholas Road.

Microchipping your pet is a way to protect them in case they ever get lost.

After the free chips are gone they will offer to microchip at a discounted rate of $15 per pet.
