PSA: Don’t freak out or anything, but Chloe Bailey has new music out! I’ll give you a moment to let that percolate. Good? Cool.

The 23-year-old singer previewed her new song, which appears to be named “Flex,” on Instagram over the weekend. And naturally, it’s everything.

The video post shows Chloe wearing a baby blue bra top with matching shorts and a zip-up top while she busts out a performance in what looks to be her living room. Chloe mostly keeps the whole thing low-key, but she definitely flashes some toned abs and turns around for a little booty popping at one point. “Nun’ but a lil light flex…😉🦋🎶,” she wrote in the caption.

A-list personalities were all over it in the comments. “We need this 🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️,” TV personality La La Anthony wrote. “Girl!!!!!🔥🔥🔥” powerhouse publicist Yvette Noel-Schure said.

Of course, Chloe didn’t get that sculpted body by accident. The Grown-ish star previously told Teen Vogue that she and her sister Halle Bailey (of Chloe x Halle) get their steps in early by walking their little brother to school. Chloe also likes to go running about three days a week.

And, ya know, those next-level, high-energy performances she does provide some serious cardio. Chloe also looks at her time on stage as exercise, telling Teen Vogue that, "performing every night is also a fantastic workout.”

Chloe also eats well and sticks to a vegan diet. “Eggs and dairy never sat well with me…so it was easy,” she told Complex. “When we moved to L.A., it really became easy. So many vegan restaurants and vegan aisles in the grocery store are like heaven for us."

Interesting fact: Both Chloe and Halle tried out a vegan diet on a short-term basis to see how it impacted their voices and ended up liking it so much that they decided to become full-on vegans. Now, they told PETA, keeping dairy out of their diet helps eliminate extra mucus build-up that can mess with their voices.

While Chloe is a healthy eater and exercises regularly, she said in a fan Q&A video that she thinks good genes play a role in her fitness. “I think half of my body is from genes and my family," she said. "My mom was a track star—her body was banging—and I think I got it from her. Now, I'm vegan, [but] I don't think being vegan has anything to do with my shape."

No word on when that new single will ~officially~ drop, but squee!
