  • Chloe Bailey, 23, just revealed her toned abs in a brand new Instagram Story workout.

  • In the clip, she's sweating it out while using a resistance band and pushing a huge, metal rack.

  • Chloe says a vegan diet and going for runs with her sister Halle help her stay in shape.

Chloe Bailey is the virtual workout buddy I never knew I needed. The 23-year-old "Have Mercy" singer just showed off her sculpted abs while conquering an intense workout in the gym—and the #fitspo has me ready to totally switch up my routine.

Chloe's latest Instagram Story gives viewers a peek into her tough sweat sessions. In the first clip, Chloe tightens up her boxing form by pulling on a resistance band while twisting to work on blocking punches. Then, she sprints across the gym floor while pushing a heavy metal rack.

When she's not punching or pushing, Chloe stays fit by running with her sister Halle (of Chloe x Halle) around three times a week, according to Teen Vogue. And, that's not their only cardio of choice: "Every morning, we walk our little brother to school. That helps us start our day off nice and refreshed," the pair told the publication.

Chloe explained that performing onstage (whether she's alone or with Halle) is a great workout, too. After a grueling show or rehearsal, Chloe likes to take a trip to Shape House and relax in their saunas to help her body recover. Infrared sauna blankets are just as good for an at-home option, she told Teen Vogue.

Food-wise, Chloe and her sister are both vegan. "When we moved to L.A., it really became easy. So many vegan restaurants and vegan aisles in the grocery store are like heaven for us," she shared with Complex.

Chloe says that, while she's not a fan of avocado, she loves a good piece of fruit. Watermelon, apples, and grapes are her fave, according to Buzzfeed.

Going plant-based also boosted her performance potential. The pair explained to PETA that cutting dairy out of their diets has helped cut down on mucus build-up that can harm their voices.

Finally, she credits her mom with gifting her great genetics. "I think half of my body is from genes and my family...My mom was a track star—her body was banging—and I think I got it from her," she said in a fan Q&A video.

You go, Chlo!
