Chris Hemsworth shares Avengers group chat reaction to Jeremy Renner's accident

Chris Hemsworth has shared the reaction of the Avengers group chat following Jeremy Renner's accident earlier this year.
Back in January, the Hawkeye actor was run over by his snowplough in Nevada while helping his nephew, leading to hospitalisation for broken bones and blunt chest trauma.
Speaking about his and fellow Marvel stars' reaction to the news, Hemsworth – who plays Thor – revealed to GQ: “We were all on our Avengers text chain, we were all chatting. And it was wild. None of us really knew how serious it was."

“I think anything like that, it’s an immediate realisation of ‘Wow, any of us can go at any minute…’," he added.
Renner has been recovering over the past few months, and last week his Hawkeye co-star Hailee Steinfeld shared her praise for him.
"I mean, if there is a real-life superhero in anyone, it is that man," she told The Hollywood Reporter. "I am just so beyond grateful to see how well he's doing.

"He is just so unbelievably strong. The amount of strength and bravery and courage that he has had through his whole recovery and healing process has just been astounding."
Steinfeld added: "I was able to see him a few weeks ago, and again, he's a freaking superhero."
Renner opened up about the accident in an interview special in April, where he teared up while recalling the ordeal and said he had no regrets about jumping in front of the vehicle to save his nephew, admitting he would do it again in a heartbeat.
