Chrissy Teigen accidentally posts email address, FaceTime hilarity ensues

Chrissy Teigen made some unexpected new friends Tuesday after accidentally posting her contact information.

"(expletive) I posted my email address lmao," she tweeted, kicking off an evening of hilarious correspondences with strangers that she shared to social media.

"oh my god people are FaceTiming me," she added, sharing video of her and her mom, Vilailuck “Pepper” Teigen, chatting with a man named Ricardo. "was 100% sure this would be (expletive) but nope just a nice stranger."

“Hi, Ricardo, nice to meet you. This is my mom, thanks for calling me!” Teigen says in the video, laughing.

Teigen continued to share proof of the constant FaceTime calls she was receiving on her laptop, tweeting a request for her fans to "please stop I have a family."

She put an end to the fun eventually, sharing that she changed her email and phone number. "everything disabled and changed emails," she tweeted. "but I love you guys and thank you for the kind words lol."

And as Teigen reminded fans, this wasn't the first time she accidentally shared her private contact information with the public. "not as bad as when I published my phone number on my dog's collar in my cookbook," she replied to a fan's tweet.

Earlier this summer, Teigen also accidentally tweeted out the full first episode of her new competition show "Bring the Funny," instead of just a teaser clip, later joking that she had been fired from the show as a result.

"Well it looks like I have been fired for posting the whole thing," she humorously wrote about the leak. "thank u all for your kind texts and DMs please send job opportunities to same number"
