Chrissy Teigen Compared John Legend Being Named Sexiest Man Alive To Starbucks Holiday Cups

If you haven't heard, John Legend was named PEOPLE's Sexiest Man Alive for 2019. Chrissy Teigen had some thoughts, of course, and went so far as to compare John's achievment to the Starbucks holiday cups, which...actually makes sense.

"I cannot WAIT for people to get mad about John being the sexiest man alive. it's my new Starbucks holiday cup," she tweeted. The reference to the Starbucks holiday cup is actually hilarious, considering how much people freak out over the transition to red cups every year around November. This year has been no different, people (including me!) are LOVING all the new holiday merch—the paper cups, the reusable cups, and the holiday-themed tumblers.

Chrissy then followed up with, "No don't send it to me please. I like to see these people naturally, in the wild." The woman has jokes, obviously, but you can tell she's super proud of her hubby for this honor. Her first tweet about it, in true Chrissy fashion, was a little NSFW.

"My secret is out. I have fulfilled my dream of having boned People's sexiest man alive!! an honor!!!!!" she wrote. She then continued to milk John's new title by updating her Twitter bio to, "de-motivational speaker currently sleeping with people's sexiest man alive." A follow-up tweet? "The sexiest man alive just made me a ham sandwich."

Congratulations to John for being the sexiest man alive. And congrats to Chrissy for the ham sandwich. I'm equally happy for the both of you.
