  • Christina Aguilera just dropped a new photo on Instagram where she's posing topless in a chair.

  • The 42-year-old singer looked super strong wearing only tights and high heels.

  • Christina is all about body positivity, and has said that her yoga practice helps her mental health.

Last year, Christina Aguilera released a Spanish-language album called La Fuerza, and she won a bunch of Latin Grammys for it. Now, she’s taking some time to reflect on her accolades.

The 42-year-old just posted a photo dump from the making of the album and, naturally, it's amazing. There’s Christina looking strong all over while posing topless and wearing only black tights as she sits in a chair. Next, there’s Christina totally slaying in a tight black dress with puffy sleeves, followed by Christina posing for various photos while making music videos.

“A few moments from the Aguilera archives 🔥🗝️,” she wrote in the caption. “One whole year of La Fuerza…It’s more than just music, it’s the memories, the collaborations and so many moments I feel lucky to have shared with all the beautiful minds behind this project🌹.”

People cheered her on in the comments. “So amazingly beautiful,” one said, while someone else simply wrote, “ICONIC 👑.” All true.

While she hasn't shared much about her current health and wellness routines, Christina recently opened up to Health magazine about her views on body positivity. “I think we all have our good days and our bad days in how we feel about ourselves,” she said. “Entering this business, I hated being super skinny. Once I turned 21, I started filling out a little bit, and I was loving my new curves. I appreciated having a booty.”

Christina said she has “a hard time” looking at photos of herself from when she was younger, because she was “insecure” at the time. “I would never want to relive my 20s—you’re so in your own head and finding your confidence,” she said.

And while it's unclear what she does to stay strong, Christina told Health that yoga has “been instrumental in helping” boost her mental health. Of course, Christina is also a big time performer, and working it onstage involves some serious cardio. Like, it’s kind of impossible not to get your heart rate up doing something like this:

Whew! YGG, Christina!
