Christina Ricci and James Heerdegen are officially divorced, more than 2 years after the actress first filed to divorce the allegedly abusive producer.

The “Wednesday” actress, 42, and Heerdegen — who has cinematography credits as well as dolly grip credits in “Birdman o(or The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance” and the series “Elementary” — will share custody of their son, Freddie, 8, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

Ricci though, who will have primary physical custody, will have final say on significant medical and educational moves, according to the outlet.

Ricci, who will cover the costs of Freddie’s private school and medical expenses, will also have to make a one-time payment of $189,687 to Heerdegen, according to TMZ.

While the profits from her work will otherwise remain hers, the former couple will split the profits from the sale of their former New York home, the outlet reports.

Ricci, also known for “Casper” and “Mermaids,” filed for divorce in July 2020 and the following January obtained a domestic violence restraining order against Heerdegen.

She accused him of physical and emotional abuse, including one instance in December 2019 in which Ricci says Heerdegen “brutally attacked” her.

Ricci and hairstylist Mark Hampton announced in August of last year that they were expecting a child together, after she gained sole custody of Freddie.
