Church Hill home a total loss after fire

CHURCH HILL, Tenn. (WJHL) — A home in Church Hill is considered a total loss after an early morning fire on Monday.

Fire officials told News Channel 11 crews responded to a house fire at the 300 Block of Kinkead Street just after 4 a.m.

A couple and their pets made it safely out of the home, officials said. The two individuals were reportedly taken to a nearby hospital for observation.

Mount Carmel Volunteer Fire Department, Surgoinsville Fire Department, Carter’s Valley Volunteer Fire Department and the Weber City Volunteer Fire Department responded to the fire.
