The Church Mouse resale shop will be reopen for the season on Monday.

The store, which is run by The Episcopal Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea, sells designer apparel for men and women as well as accessories, antiques, artwork, books and furniture.

Daisy Alvarez, general manager of retail operations for The Church Mouse, says the hours of operation have changed and the store will open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Last year, the store opened a month early on Sept. 8 because the previous season was cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Since it opened more than 50 years ago at its original Bradley Park location, the Church Mouse has donated more than $10 million from its sales to charities through The Episcopal Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea Outreach Ministry, including Adopt-A-Family of the Palm Beaches, Feed the Hungry Pantry, The Lord's Place, Helping Hands Assistance Program and True Fast Outreach Ministry.

It also supports Our Little Roses, a residential home for abused, abandoned and neglected girls in San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
