Something interesting about the church: “In January, St. John Lutheran Church voted to become a Reconciled Congregation and adopted (an inclusive) welcome statement,” the church said. “The St. John Sanctuary features the only operational pipe organ in the Village of Dundee and our beautiful reredos (ornamental screen covering the back of the altar) was commissioned and built in Germany in 1910.”
A different church will be featured each Friday in the Church Profile feature on the Faith page.
