Church Roof Collapses While Engulfed by Flames in Scotland

The roof of a St Simon’s Church in Glasgow, Scotland, collapsed into flames as the building was engulfed by a fire in the early hours of July 28.

Officials said over 30 firefighters were deployed to fight the blaze on Bridge Street, after the alarm was raised at 2:40 am. Nearby residents were evacuated.
