This newsletter comes to you with a real estate opportunity – that is, if you have $1.6 million lying around.

A West End church-turned-mansion was featured this week on the popular Zillow Gone Wild social media page, which highlights the most unique Zillow properties across the country.

A Xavier University grad renovated the 1800s church into a sprawling, open-concept home. The property, which includes three separate living areas, a huge stained glass window, an organ and grand piano, is now for sale.

The building’s 157-year history includes multiple owners, a handful of fires and one possible death – but don’t worry, the owner says it’s not haunted. Other details, like the old-world cellar (that still has coal in it!) and ceiling artwork (that’s tucked behind tiling) are waiting for the new owner to explore.

Not sold yet? Read more about the church here, and take a look at our photo gallery and TikTok.
