The Cincinnati Bengals enter the 2023 NFL year with a lot of decisions to make on the roster. The league's legal tampering period opened Monday at noon and will run until the new league year begins Wednesday at 4 p.m.

Safety Jessie Bates and Von Bell, linebacker Germaine Pratt, tight end Hayden Hurst, cornerback Eli Apple and running back Samaje Perine highlight this year's free agent class.
