The Cincinnati Bengals initially opened as 1.5-point betting underdogs to the Kansas City Chiefs this week and after several drastic line movements, that's right where they find themselves again, according to Tipico Sportsbook.

Kansas City opened as the favorite to win the AFC title after beating the Jacksonville Jaguars in the divisional round. Cincinnati won in a dominant performance over the Buffalo Bills to set up the rematch of last year's AFC title game.

The betting line movement came into play when it was feared Patrick Mahomes suffered a high-ankle sprain, which could limit him Sunday.

Mahomes was a full participant in the Chiefs' Wednesday practice and said he'll be ready to go, so the line is back to where it opened. At one point, Cincinnati had moved all the way to a 2-point favorite, signifying a 3.5-point line change, which is rare in the postseason.

The majority of betting tickets and cash wagered on the game is still with the Bengals, according to PFF Greenline.

The Bengals and Chiefs kick off the AFC championship game at 6:30 p.m. Sunday on CBS (Local 12).
