Which Cincinnati football recruits will play in OHSFCA North-South All-Star games?
The Ohio High School Football Coaches Association will hold its annual North-South All-Star games at Massillon’s Paul Brown Tiger Stadium on Saturday, April 29.
The Division I-III all-star contest will be at noon and the Division IV-VII game is at 4 p.m.
Cincinnati will be well-represented among the top talent in the state later this month. Here's which area recruits will suit up in Massillon, categorized by how they're listed on the game roster.

Divisions I-III
Quarterbacks: Will Kocher, Kings; Drew Novak, Western Brown
Novak was named the state’s Division III Offensive Player of the Year after throwing for 4,203 yards and 35 touchdowns. The senior also ran for 1,238 yards and 20 scores, helping lead Western Brown to a league title and a regional semifinals appearance. Novak moved to No. 3 on the state’s all-time passing list, finishing his prep career with 14,127 yards. He’s also on the state’s all-time passing touchdowns list with 131.
Kocher was named the Eastern Cincinnati Conference Offensive Player of the Year after leading the league with 4,741 passing yards and 50 touchdowns. The senior also ran for 750 yards and 15 scores to help lead Kings to its first-ever regional title. In five playoff games, Kocher tallied 25 total touchdowns (17 passing, eight rushing).
Wide receivers: Michael Mussari, Kings; Breeon Ishmail, Princeton
Mussari was a first-team All-Ohio selection in Division II last season after totaling 84 catches for 1,750 yards and 29 touchdowns in Kings' run to the state Final Four. Mussari caught at least three touchdowns in eight games last season and finished eighth in the country in receiving yards, according to MaxPreps.
Ishmail, a Michigan signee, was a first-team all-district selection last season. Listed as an athlete in his recruiting profile, Ishmail played linebacker for the Vikings last season, tallying 64 tackles, two forced fumbles, three recoveries and two interceptions.
Offensive linemen: Dalton Davis, Fairfield; Tyshon Huff, Princeton
Davis was a second-team All-Ohio selection in Division I last season for the Indians while Huff was an honorable mention all-district member for the Vikings.
Defensive linemen: Bryce Faulk, Mason; Ebony Curry, Hamilton; Terren Macklin, Winton Woods; Majaden Lewis, Middletown
Faulk (DI) and Macklin (DII) were both third-team All-Ohio selections last season. Faulk totaled 42 tackles, five sacks and 15 tackles for a loss to go with a pair of forced fumbles and recoveries.
Macklin registered seven career sacks for the Warriors and had seven tackles for loss last season.
Curry, an honorable mention all-district selection and Youngstown State signee, was second in the GMC in sacks (8) last season. Lewis (second-team all-district) had 46 tackles (10 for a loss) and forced three fumbles.
Linebackers: Nick Hoying, Kings; Qierstin Williams, Winton Woods
Hoying, a Bucknell commit who was second-team All-Ohio, led the ECC in tackles (118) last season to go with five sacks, six forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries and three interceptions.

Williams, another second-team All-Ohio selection, signed with the University of Charleston. He led the Warriors with 91 tackles last season to go with five sacks, 12 tackles for loss and two picks.
Defensive backs: Jordan Jackson, Fairfield; Ray Coney, Fairfield
Jackson, a West Virginia University signee, was second-team all-district last season as a running back. Coney, a second-team all-district corner, led Fairfield in tackles (81) last season. He had 10 tackles for a loss and 4.5 sacks.
Assistant coaches: Nate Mahon, West Clermont; Alex Garvin, Kings
Garvin, the 2021 ECC and DII Southwest District Coach of the Year, led Kings to the program's first regional championship last season. He's gone 37-8 in his four seasons with the Knights.
Mahon, 58-48 overall in 10 seasons, is coming off his first season at West Clermont. The Wolves finished 5-6.
Divisions IV-VII
Running backs: Kendall Luckett, Deer Park
Luckett finished his prep career with back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons for the Wildcats. Last year, Luckett was third-team All-Ohio after running for 1,107 yards and 12 touchdowns.
Wide receivers: Max Autry, Madeira
Autry was one of the most dynamic dual threats in the city last season. He finished with 42 catches for 801 yards and 13 touchdowns while also running for 803 yards and 12 scores.
Tight ends: Conner Cravaack, Madeira
Cravaack, a first-team All-Ohio selection as a defensive end, is an Akron signee at tight end who totaled 93 catches for 1,196 yards and six touchdowns over his Madeira career. Cravaack ranked fourth in the CHL in receiving yards last season.
Offensive linemen: Owen Trick, Clinton-Massie; A.J. Howard, Wyoming
Trick and Howard were both first-team All-Ohio selections in Division IV last season. Howard, a University of Charleston commit, helped block for a Wyoming offense that ran for over 4,100 yards in the Cowboys' run to the state title game. Trick, a Dayton commit, did the same, moving blockers for a Clinton-Massie offense that ran for 4,087 yards last season.
Defensive linemen: Grant Edgington, Madeira
Edgington was a second-team All-Ohio selection in Division V last season. He finished the year with 69 tackles (nine for a loss), 4.5 sacks and a pair of forced fumbles.
Kicker: Graham Sorg, Cincinnati Country Day
Sorg, a second-team All-Ohio kicker and a Case Western Reserve University signee, was 9-of-14 on field goals last season with a long of 47 yards. He went 38-of-42 on extra points.
