Cindy Crawford Seems to Be Very Chill About Kaia Gerber & Pete Davidson
Crawford's daughter, Kaia Gerber, has been reportedly seeing Pete Davidson since mid-October and the two haven't been shy about showcasing their affection for one another.
According to a source close to the family, Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber are trying not to take the new relationship too seriously.
When it comes to Kaia Gerber’s rumored romance with Hollywood’s revolving bachelor Pete Davidson, her mother—legendary supermodel Cindy Crawford—is hoping for a quick and painless fizzling out.
According to Page Six, Crawford is acknowledging her daughter’s latest fling with the Saturday Night Live star as merely nothing more than that—a fling—and is hoping that Kaia’s young age will deter the relationship from transitioning into anything more serious.
“Kaia can be slightly naive. But she’s a smart girl with a good head on her shoulders and a family who watches out for her,” a source close to the family explained. “I don’t think they’re that worried about it because she’s only 18.”

The pair have been rumored to be dating since mid-November and since then have been spotted at SNL afterparties, making out in Miami and even attending a wedding together. If we know anything about Pete Davidson, however, it's that he’s a man who likes to move fast. Remember his five-month-long engagement to Ariana Grande? It went by so quickly we almost forgot it happened.
Crawford seems to be holding out hope that her Kaia won’t get too wrapped into the Pete Davidson whirlwind, however.
The family source went on to add, “[Kaia’s] traveling and working constantly — how serious can [she and Davidson] get?”
Only time can tell.
