Cinemark offering $3 movie tickets on Sept. 3

Saturday is National Cinema Day and theater-goers may want to go see a flick because it's for one day only.

Cinemark 14 on Walker Lake Road in Ontario is observing the event, offering $3 tickets for every movie, at every showtime in every format.

In addition, special snack bar pricing is on tap too: $3 medium fountain drunk or ICEE, $3 small popcorn, which you can make a large for just $1 more and $3 any size candy, according to the theatre news release.

What movies are playing on National Cinema Day?

All the movies that have opened recently including Beast, Breaking, The Invitation, Bullet Train and Three Thousand Years of Longing will be playing.

Additionally, some chains are bringing back recent hits like Elvis and Spider-Man: No Way Home and the classic Jaws.
