Circle K slashes 40 cents off price per gallon of gas — for one day only. What to know

Drivers can save 40 cents per gallon at Circle K, but they’ll have to act fast.

On May 25, the convenience store will offer a 40-cent discount per gallon of gas at the pump at participating Circle K locations nationwide, the chain announced in a news release.

The one-day deal is available from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. local time, the release said. Drivers can also receive a fuel discount card for 10 cents off per gallon, while supplies last.

The U.S. average for a gallon of regular gas was $3.56 as of Wednesday, May 24, up three cents from last week, according to AAA.

“With summer right around the corner, we want to thank our customers for their loyalty by providing them an opportunity to fuel their adventures and enjoy some great savings,” Louise Warner, senior vice president for global fuels at Circle K, said in a news release.
