Circle K stores on the MS Coast offer gas for 40 cents off per gallon, but hurry

If you need to fill up your car for cheap on the Mississippi Coast, head to the nearest Circle K store — but hurry.

Circle K gas stations celebrate Fuel Day on May 25, 2023 and offer up to 40 cents off per gallon from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. central, according to their website.

The prices vary per gas station and your location.

At the Circle K on Highway 90 in Long Beach, the fuel cost was already gashed from its regular price to 2.63 per gallon for unleaded. Employees give you a fuel card in line, which gets you 10 cents more off per gallon.

At $2.53 per gallon, the price is 50 cents cheaper than the current average of $3.03 in Long Beach, according to GasBuddy USA.

The special ends at 7 p.m., and customers are already lined up at the Long Beach store. Attendants are outside handing out discount cards and directing traffic.

It took about 10 minutes to fuel up at 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
