Circuit of the Americas to host Bésame Mucho Festival Saturday

AUSTIN (KXAN) — More than 90 Spanish musicians will perform Saturday at the Circuit of the Americas for the Bésame Mucho Festival.

The packed lineup runs from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. across four themed stages: Las Clasicas, Beso, Rockero and Te Gusta El Pop? (classic, banda, rock and pop), according to the festival’s website.

Austin is the festival’s first expansion after launching in Los Angeles in 2023. This year, headliners include Los Tigres El Norte, Grupo Frontera, Los Tucanes De Tijuana, Caifanes and HA*ASH.

By hosting younger artists, such as Grupo Frontera and generational artists like 78-year-old Ramón Ayala, Bésamo Mucho provides a variety of genres and voices for its audience to choose from.

Tickets are selling on the festival’s website at $275 for General Admission and rise to $950 for Platinum Access. According to the website, Bésame Mucho also partnered with local hotels to offer hotel and ticket packages.

The festival is open to all ages, and a family services tent will be on site where families can change diapers, nurse, apply sunscreen and more. Guardians can also register children at the festival’s guest services tent and receive a Tag-A-Kid wristband in case they get separated.

Outside food and drink are not permitted, but vendors will be on site. Some of the festival’s partners include Don Julio, Bacardí and Tito’s, with more listed online.

As for transportation, a limited number of parking passes are being sold for $20 off the festival’s website. Circuit of the Americas will have a designated drop-off and Rideshare zone on the North side of the grounds, and a shuttle will run throughout the day from San Jacinto between 12th and 15th Streets.
