City of LaGrange invites locals to honor Mayor Willie T. Edmonson’s legacy on Feb. 21

LAGRANGE, Ga. (WRBL) – The city of LaGrange is inviting locals to participate in Mayor Willie Edmondson’s funeral procession on Feb. 21. He passed away on Feb. 16.

LaGrange locals are invited to join city employees along the route of the motorcade to help the city honor Edmondson’s life and legacy. The city says numerous city vehicles will be stationed along the route, and city employees will be standing at attention as the funeral motorcade makes its way to Edmondson’s church, Bethlehem Baptist Church in West Point, Georgia.
