City of Trotwood delaying trash and recycling collection due to Fourth of July holiday

Trash and recycling collection will be delayed by one day in the city of Trotwood due to the Fourth of July holiday, a media release said.

Rumpke waste collection scheduled for Monday will take place Tuesday and collection scheduled for Tuesday will take place Wednesday, the city said.

Wednesday’s collection will take place Thursday while Thursday’s will run Friday and Friday’s trash collection will occur on Saturday.

Rumpke will return to its regular collection schedule the following week on July 11th, the city said in a statement.
