Civic Theatre's 92nd annual season reveal happening Saturday

LAFAYETTE, Ind. − The 2023-2024 season reveal for Civic Theatre of Greater Lafayette is taking place Saturday.

The 92nd season reveal will have a lobby bar that opens at 5 p.m. with live music from Derrick Coleman and an appearance from the Los Chapparitos Food Truck in the parking lot. This food truck is cash only.

The reveal will begin at 6 p.m. with cake and champagne to follow. Civic's Artist-in-Residence, Taylor Cappelleri, will also unveil this season's new artwork for each show.

This event is free to attend.

Directors of shows this season will include Kyle Brown, who has previously acted in the theatre's production of "To Kill A Mockingbird," "The Boys Next Door," "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" and more. He has also been the assistant director for Civic Youth Theatre shows.

Brian Tyrrell is making his directing debut at Civic Theatre, according to the theatre's website. He previously taught and directed at the Geva Theatre Center in Rochester, New York, for the past 12 summers, excluding 2020-2021.
