Civilian Car Crashes Into DC Police Cruiser As it Responds to Shooting
A civilian vehicle and a police car collided in Washington around midnight on October 31 as emergency services responded to a shooting incident near Howard University Hospital.
DC Police told Storyful that the incident occurred as emergency services were responding to an incident in which two adult men were shot and taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
