Civilians desperate to flee Afghanistan at Kabul's airport

Videos obtained by Reuters showed what looked to be mostly civilians stranded at the entrance of Hamid Karzai International Airport and many others, some with young children, waiting within the airport premises as aircraft fly overhead. One footage also showed an aircraft taking off as people watch while standing on a runway.
The location of the video was taken at the Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul, verified by the exterior of the airport sign which reads "Hamid Karzai International Airport", along with the corresponding logos. The premises of the airport runway and tarmac could also be verified by the mountain range in the background.
It matches mountains viewable from the airport, when using satellite imagery and terrain software.
