Four high-rise buildings were significantly damaged, as well as a kindergarten and a school nearby, he said.

The several of the victims were found near a house, and another one was found in one of its apartments. Three have already died in hospital, said Nebytov.

Additionally, there was damage to eight private houses in the villages of Zabirya, Chabany, Glevakha and Ukrainka.

Six employees of the energy industry were also injured. They have minor injuries.

The Russian forces launched 67 cruise missiles at the critical infrastructure of Ukraine on Nov. 23, Ukrainian Commander-in-Chief Valeriy Zaluzhnyy has reported. Air defense forces destroyed 51 cruise missiles and five Lancet-type kamikaze drones.

In Kyiv, 21 of the 31 rockets fired at the city were shot down. In the capital, three people were killed, including a 17-year-old girl, and about ten people were injured.
