Clarks Grove man injured in crash in Goodhue County
Jan. 4—A Clarks Grove man was reportedly injured Thursday morning in a crash in Goodhue County.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Cody Allen Williamson, 27, was taken to the Red Wing hospital for injuries deemed not life-threatening.
The crash report stated Williamson was driving a 2004 Ford Crown Victoria southbound on Highway 58 near Old Church Road in Hay Creek Township when the vehicle collided with an embankment on the east side ditch.
The crash occurred at 6:38 a.m.
Williamson was not wearing his seatbelt, and alcohol was not a factor.
The Goodhue Fire Department and first responders, Red Wing Fire Department and Goodhue County Sheriff's Office assisted at the scene.
