Clashes broke out as anti-government protesters attempted to reach Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Jerusalem residence on Tuesday evening, April 2, the Times of Israel reported.

Protesters marched from the Knesset to Jerusalem’s wealthy Rehavia neighborhood, where a contingent took “a detour to Netanyahu’s home on Azza Street, catching law enforcement off-guard,” according to the Times of Israel.

At least five protesters were arrested, the report said.
