Take a class, try something new at Dover library

DOVER — This week, everyone is invited to the library to explore new skills, try out a craft, and take on a new challenge. First, we’ve partnered with Dover’s A Southern Girl Bakery to host a cupcake decorating competition for all ages. On Monday night, there will be a virtual presentation all about cake decorating, and then folks will be able to pick up supplies from the library and submit photos of their best creations until Nov. 21. On Thursday, our adult patrons can enjoy a free dance class hosted by the Musical Arts of Dover, learning beginner ballet and lyrical dance. Finally, kids in grades 2-plus can join us Saturday afternoon to learn to make their own flying drones. Be sure to register ahead of time to get in on all these activities and more,
