Classic cars roll into Mansfield

Hundreds of classic cars were on display Saturday during the 26th annual Heart of the City Cruise-In Mansfield.

Between 600 and 700 vehicles from throughout North Central Ohio lined the streets of downtown Mansfield as live music was performed by a variety of bands on a stage in front of the Renaissance Theater and DJ Mr. Ed spun tunes in Central Park. Among the bands was the Ohio Express, a Mansfield group known for its nationwide No. 4 hit from 1968, "Yummy Yummy Yummy."

Children enjoyed inflatables provided by Richland Public Health and hands-on activities at stations set up by the Buckeye Imagination Museum.

The first Heart of the City Cruise-In was held in 1995.
