Former University of Northern Iowa football standout and Hall of Fame quarterback Kurt Warner returned to the grocery store where he stocked shelves before making his way to the NFL.

This time, he brought along another Hall of Famer to show him the ropes.

Warner was featured in the popular ESPN digital show "Peyton’s Places" with former Super Bowl champion Peyton Manning at a Hy-Vee store in Cedar Falls, Iowa. The two former signal callers can be seen in the episode helping shoppers while wearing the familiar red Hy-Vee apron as employees.

In the episode, Manning tells Warner that he might need the job at Hy-Vee "in case the FCC pulls ManningCast off the air."

Manning's grocery stocking abilities, bagging skills and customer service leave a little to be desired by Warner. Hy-Vee likely wouldn't tolerate spraying customers with water.

One customer even told Manning not to quit his day job. Manning responded, alluding to his Super Bowl 50 victory, "Actually, I have, Susan, in a blaze of glory."

The two NFL all-stars revisit Warner’s journey from grocery store clerk to Super Bowl winner.
