All-clear announced after lockdown at Catawba College
The administration at Catawba College in Salisbury alerted the campus Friday afternoon to seek shelter as police searched for someone not associated with the college who was running from a nearby property.
A short time later, the college gave an all-clear.
The police department and a K-9 unit were tracking the person near the Robertson Community Center and East Corriher Avenue, college officials said.
Catawba College is issuing an all clear notification. The emergency has passed and you may resume normal activities.
