FINDLAY — He helped pave the way for the Clear Fork Colts to pile up a historic offense.

The Colts ran for 3,053 yards and threw for 1,615 more in large part to senior offensive lineman Kaden Riddle as he was honored by the Ohio Prep Sportswriters Association as the Division IV Northwest District co-Lineman of the Year sharing the honor with Caleb Stoner of Napoleon.

Riddle graded out as the top offensive lineman in the Northwest District as he headlines 13 Colts who took home honors. Junior kicker Adam Vanausdle was a first team selection after going 52-for-56 on extra points and 3-for-3 on field goal attempts for 61 total points.

Junior linebacker Luke Schlosser was a first team selection on defense after recording 80 tackles, two sacks and a fumble recovery.

Ross Wine, Victor Skoog and Pawie Ault were second team selections while Ty Sellers, Hunter Weirich, Erick Hicks, Milo Burgholder, Logan Anderson, Mason Pipes, and Trystyn Robison were honorable mentions.

Shelby's Issaiah Ramsey was a first team selection at wide receiver for the Whippets. He caught 50 passes for 1,047 yards and seven touchdowns during the regular season for an average of 104 yards a game.

Freshman quarterback Brayden DeVito was a second team selection while Mason Vent took second team as a defensive lineman and Casey Lantz was a second team punter. Kasper Marten, Cam Cline and Grayson Heydinger were honorable mentions.

Clear Fork's Dave Carroll was named the Division IV Northwest District Coach of the Year after leading the Colts to a 9-1 regular season where they won the outright Mid-Ohio Athletic Conference. The Colts finished 10-2 giving them their fourth 10-win season since 2010.
