Clemson football schedule 2022: Kickoff times, networks announced for first three games
Kickoff times for Clemson’s first three football games of the season have been set, announced by the Atlantic Coast Conference on Thursday.
The Tigers’ season-opening game, against Georgia Tech in Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Monday, Sept. 5, is set for an 8 p.m. kickoff and will be televised on ESPN.
Clemson’s second game, at home against in-state rival Furman on Sept. 10, will kick off at 3:30 p.m. on the ACC Network.
The Tigers’ third game, at home against Louisiana Tech on Sept. 17, will kick off at 8 p.m. on the ACC Network.
Clemson coach Dabo Swinney, who is entering his 15th season has compiled a 150-36 record.

The Tigers, who came up short in their bid for a seventh consecutive Atlantic Coast Conference title and College Football Playoff berth last season, finished 10-3 in 2021, suffering three regular-season defeats for the first time since 2014.
After a 4-3 start last season, Clemson rebounded to finish the season with six consecutive victories, including a 20-13 win against Iowa State in the Cheez-It Bowl in Orlando, Florida.
Clemson will enter the 2022 season having won 10 or more games for 11 consecutive seasons. The Tigers return nine offensive and six defensive starters off last year’s team.
