CLEMSON – Clemson sophomore quarterback Cade Klubnik was intercepted on back-to-back tipped passes Saturday afternoon in the second quarter of the Tigers’ spring game.

Klubnik, who quarterbacked the White team and is Clemson’s starter, was victimized by a freshman on the first interception. Rookie linebacker Jamal Anderson, who’s 6-foot-4, leaped high to tip Klubnik’s pass attempt to tight end Banks Pope on a fourth-down play deep at the Orange 4-yard line, resulting in an interception by senior safety R.J. Mickens.

Anderson is son of former NFL running back Jamal Anderson, who played eight seasons with the Atlanta Falcons and was a first-team Pro Bowl selection in 1998.
