Clemson 38, Boston College 13: Clemson’s shaky pass defense might give up a score or two to big-play receiver Zay Flowers, but the Eagles will need more than that to keep this one close. The Tigers extend the nation’s longest active winning streak to 12 games in impressive fashion.

Clemson 48, Boston College 17: The Tigers’ defense found its identity during the N.C. State game; that’s bad news for the Golden Eagles, who will go only as far as quarterback Phil Jurkovec and receiver Zay Flowers can take them. BC doesn’t run or pass block well, but it does like the deep route, against which Clemson has been vulnerable. The Golden Eagles don’t have, however, a defense that will be able to keep the game close.

Clemson 38, Boston College 17: The Tigers may get out of the gates slowly on Saturday night in Chestnut Hill, but BC is too one-dimensional and not good enough up front (2.4 yards per carry, 18 sacks allowed) to scare Clemson.
