Clemson football will face Notre Dame in a conference battle on Saturday.

After ranking No. 4 to make the College Football Playoff, the Tigers will look to stay undefeated against the Fighting Irish. Clemson is coming off a bye week after ending Syracuse's undefeated streak with a 27-21 win.

The Fighting Irish went on to defeat Syracuse the following week, but recorded losses to Stanford, Marshall and Ohio State earlier in the season. However, the Notre Dame defense will test Clemson since the Fighting Irish held Syracuse to only 61 rushing yards and defenseman Isaiah Foskey leads the team with seven sacks.

Will the Tigers stay undefeated on Saturday? Here's what our experts had to say.

Clemson 21, Notre Dame 17: Notre Dame appears to be playing its best ball of the season, winning five of its last six games after an 0-2 start. But Clemson has its sights set on a seventh College Football Playoff berth in eight years and the Fighting Irish could be the Tigers’ final major hurdle in that quest.

CLEMSON 30, NOTRE DAME 20: Officially a favorite to make the CFP field, Clemson can’t afford a stumble against the best team remaining on its schedule. The Tigers keep hulking tight end Michael Mayer (47 receptions, 6 TDs) and edge Isaiah Foskey (7.5 sacks) in check, and DJ Uiagalelei proves that the performance that got him benched against Syracuse two weeks ago was an outlier and not the start of a trend.
